The PRP Summit 2024 was a groundbreaking event, marking the first-ever hybrid celebration of the annual summit for PERA HUB Remit Partners, held May 29, 2024 at Marquis Events Place, BGC. This initiative aimed to engage and update partners on the exciting future developments at PERA HUB, combining both in-person and virtual attendance to maximize participation and inclusivity.

The evening began with a warm introduction by the hosts, followed by the acknowledgment of Business Partners and Executives present both in-person and via Zoom. Mr. Ian T. Ocampo, PETNET President and CEO, opening remarks set a positive tone for the event, emphasizing the importance of collaboration with the theme, “The Power of One.”

Mr. Butch Conejos, Head of Operations, delivered an inspiring message and expressed his enthusiasm for hosting regional versions of this hybrid get-together, ensuring that more partners can benefit from these collaborative and celebratory events. This was followed by an AVP showcasing PRP testimonials and best practices. The heads, Paula Tiongson (AVP), Denis Hollanda (IT), Frey Santos (CX), and RS Ricasata (Marketing) each presented updates from their respective departments, covering new services, system updates, customer experience enhancements, and marketing strategies.

An interactive "Ice Breaker" segment featured an early registrants raffle draw, adding a fun element to the evening for both onsite and online attendees. The event concluded with a special draw for a mobile phone and a smart TV for attendees, followed by a lively food and party session, bringing together attendees in a festive atmosphere.

The summit was attended by 20 targeted Luzon performing PRP invitees, with awards for the first quarter performers being announced. VIP attendees, including almost all members of the PERA HUB Management Committee, graced the event with their presence and positive feedback. The AVP segment highlighted the top performers of the first quarter, celebrating their achievements and contributions.

Participants left the summit with valuable insights into the future plans and developments at PERA HUB. They were informed about new services, system enhancements, and marketing strategies aimed at improving their partnership experience.
